David Silverman is a highly accomplished Denver-based Attorney, CEO and Restructuring Officer with more than 35 years of law practice representing companies from Start-Up to Fortune 500. David’s impressive background in business and litigating spans a broad range of industries including business and finance, real estate, auto leasing, distribution, manufacturing, compliance, insurance, utility damages, and professional services. His wealth of expertise includes business management, legal counsel, advocacy, problem solving, dispute resolution, politics and public policy, credit and accounts receivable management, regulatory affairs, and debt purchases.
After establishing his law practice in Los Angeles. David relocated his firm’s headquarters to Denver in 1995, subsequently growing into four states and a national collection enterprise. The Firm is now a boutique business transaction, litigation, corporate counsel and judgment enforcement practice complemented with a selective business advisory practice. David also launched the Colorado Creditors Bar Association in 2011 and served as its President for three years.
