Her background includes strategic planning, operations, business development, product management, sales and marketing for companies ranging from early start-ups to the global Fortune 500. Her years of experience as a business owner and shareholder provide her with broad exposure to the vast array of challenges, opportunities, issues and problems that top executives and entrepreneurs face.

Bob Dodge’s professional career spans more than 25 years as a business owner, facilitator, coach and trusted business advisor to business leaders and managers. His background and experience include planning, marketing, sales, process improvement and project and program management; developing plans and making things happen. Nearly 20 years ago, he left the corporate world to pursue his passion; coaching and facilitating people to improve business performance and help them achieve all they can. His experience as a business owner and board member/officer provide him the business acumen and a broad exposure to the vast array of opportunities and concerns that challenge business owners. Bob is a sought after public speaker and has been published in publications such as

Bob is equally effective in the boardroom, and across and up and down the company. His experience includes results in Information Technology, Manufacturing, Services, Distribution and Financial Services organizations. A natural advisor and influential leader, Bob is passionate about helping implement improvements to employee, process and organizational performance. This includes helping the leaders craft strategies, process changes or plans, as well as helping them effectively lead lasting change in implementing these solutions.

Bob worked for Storage Technology and Memorex-Telex, in marketing, program management, strategic planning and sales management prior to launching his own business. He was Co-Founder of Information Delivery, Inc., a Colorado-based consultancy, and Director of Consulting Services for LaMarsh and Associates, a Chicago-based Change Management firm. He served as president of the Boulder Valley Lacrosse Association and Boulder’s Executives Elite. His education and training include a B.S. in Management and Marketing from Cornell University. In addition he completed courses and has practiced/applied Change Management, Project Management, Innovation, Transactional LEAN, and Six Sigma.
