Bob Dodge’s career spans over 25 years as a business owner, facilitator, coach and trusted business advisor to business leaders and managers. His background and experience include planning, marketing, sales, process improvement and project/program/change management; developing plans and making things happen. Nearly 30 years ago, Bob left the corporate world to pursue his passion of coaching and facilitating people to improve business performance and help them achieve success. His experience as a business owner and board member/officer provide him the business acumen and broad exposure to the vast array of opportunities and challenges business owners face.
Bob is equally effective in the boardroom, and throughout the company. His experience includes results in Information Technology, Manufacturing, Services, Distribution and Financial Services organizations. A gifted advisor and influential leader, Bob is passionate about helping implement improvements to employee, process and organizational performance. This includes helping leaders craft strategies, process changes and implement lasting solutions. Bob is characterized as approachable, a great listener able to hone in on key issues and one who collaborates on creative ideas to improve the seemingly impossible.
Bob worked for Storage Technology and Memorex-Telex, in marketing, program management, strategic planning and sales management prior to launching his own business. He was Co-Founder of Information Delivery, Inc., a Colorado-based consultancy, and Director of Consulting Services for LaMarsh and Associates, a Chicago-based Change Management firm. He served as president of the Boulder Valley Lacrosse Association and Boulder’s Executives Elite. He has been a leader in the Colorado Thought Leaders Forum and is the state leader of the Colorado Trusted Advisors. His education and training include a B.S. in Management and Marketing from Cornell University. In addition he completed courses and has practiced/applied Change Management, Project Management, Innovation, Transactional LEAN, and Six Sigma.
Acknowledged as an interviewee for the subjects in the book Timeless Principles of Exceptional Businesses, Bob was the contributing author for Principle Twenty-Four: “The Strategic Advantage of Market Intelligence.” Bob is a sought after public speaker and has been published in publications such as ColoradoBizMagazine.com. He was the original recipient of the National Trusted Advisors Trusted Leader of the year award, in 2017.
